Oleksii Melnychuk has a master’s degree (MA, World Christianity) from Denver Seminary, USA (1996). Beginning in 1989, he was an evangelist for “Bethany” Church in Dubno and was the deputy head of the mission “Light of the Gospel” in Ukraine. From 1991 until 2002, he was the rector and professor at Donetsk Christian University. In 2000 he also became pastor of the Holy Trinity Baptist Church in Donetsk. Currently, he is CEO of Connect International and president of Donetsk Christian University.

Andrew Romanov has a bachelor’s degree (BA, Biblical Literature) from Multnomah Bible College, USA (1994) and a master’s degree (MDiv) from Multnomah Biblical Seminary, USA (1998). From 1997 to 1999 he served as an associate pastor at First Baptist Church in Vancouver, Washington. From 1999 until 2002 he was the director of the Slavic ministry at Hillsdale Boulevard Baptist Church in Sacramento. Currently he is one of the Slavic ministry leaders at Arcade Church in Sacramento .

Viktor Avdeyev has a master’s degree (MA, Mission and Evangelism) from the Mennonite Seminary of Fresno, USA (1997). From 1991 until 2001 he was rector of St. Petersburg Christian University. From 2002 to 2006 he pastored the House of the Gospel Church in Fresno. Currently he is pastor of the Spring of Life Church in Mukilteo, Washington, as well as vice-president of the Northwest Association of Baptist Churches.

Pavel Horev has a bachelor’s degree (BA, Bible and Mission) from Nazarene Bible College in Bazinden, Switzerland (1995) and a master’s degree (MA, Religious Education) from the Nazarene Theological Seminary in Kansas, USA (2000). From 1985 to 1991 he was the head of children’s ministry and then youth ministry at a Baptist church in Chisinau. In 2000 he became the pastor of Holmeswood Baptist Church in Kansas, and later pastor of International Community Church, also based in Kansas.

Peter Grubi has a master’s degree (MDiv) from Regent College, Vancouver, Canada (1998). From 2002 to 2005 he was the pastor and director of youth ministry at the First Slavic Baptist Church in Portland, Oregon. From 2005 to 2006 he was pastor of the Slavic Evangelical Baptist Church in Portland, and from 2006 to the present he has served as senior pastor of Revival Baptist Church in Vancouver, Washington.

Sergei Borushko has a master’s degree (MA, Philosophy of Religion) from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, USA (1998). From 1998 to 2004 he was a professor at the Odessa Theological Seminary and a member of the Faculty of Philosophy at Odessa State University. Since 2004 he has taught at a secondary school in Sacramento, and is an adjunct professor at Odessa Theological Seminary.

Nikolay Larshin has a master’s degree (MDiv) from Master’s Seminary, USA (2004). From 1999 to 2001 he was the Sunday School director at the Second Slavic Baptist Church in Sacramento. From 2003 to 2008 he carried the ministry of the senior pastor at Bethany Church in Los Angeles. Since 2010 he has been senior pastor of Third Slavic Baptist Church in Sacramento.

Mikhail Cherenkov has two Ph.D. degrees (Social Philosophy, 2003 and Religious Studies, 2009, from the Institute of Philosophy of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine). He has taught in a number of Christian schools in post-Soviet countries. He is the author of numerous publications in Christian newspapers and magazines, as well as three books on the church in modern society. He is also provost of Donetsk Christian University and vice-president of the Spiritual Revival Association of Evangelical Christians-Baptists.

Fyodor Strizhachuk holds a Bachelor of Divinity degree from Odessa Theological Seminary, Ukraine (1999) and a Master of Divinity degree from the Evangelical Theological Faculty, Belgium (2004). He has been a professor of systematic theology, apologetics, logic, and philosophy at Odessa Theological Seminary since 1999. He is a Bible teacher for adults at Odessa Second Baptist Church. Currently he is also a student of the doctoral program ETF, Belgium.

Stanislav Kasprov has a law degree as well as an MA in Cross Cultural Communication from the Alliance Theological Seminary, Nyack, USA. He leads the Christian publishing house “Smyrna” in Ukraine and pastors an evangelical church in the Cherkasy region. He is chief editor of the Christian Family magazine and a speaker on the topics of Christian leadership and pastoral counseling.
