Oleksii Melnychuk – President/CEO

Besides serving as CEO of Connect International, Oleksii is a leader, trainer, and consultant for the organization’s leadership development programs. He is also the founding president of Donetsk Christian University and co-founder of Euro-Asian Accrediting Association and Light of the Gospel Mission. Oleksii holds his master’s degree in World Christianity from Denver Seminary, CO, USA.

Sergei Borushko – Chief Financial Officer & Secretary

Working as a math teacher at Foothill High School in Sacramento, CA, Sergei also teaches theology in churches and various Christian educational institutions. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Applied Physics from Odesa State University, Ukraine, and his master’s degree in the History of Christian Thought and Philosophy of Religion from Trinity International University in IL, USA.

Andrew Romanov – Director

Andrew is a business owner who also teaches Bible and theology courses and oversees the Slavic ministry at Arcade Church in Sacramento, CA. He supervises the Christian camp ministry at Connect International. Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in Biblical Literature from Multnomah Bible College and a Master of Divinity degree from Multnomah Biblical Seminary in Portland, OR, USA.

Peter Starodub – Director

Working full time as an electrical assembler at Siemens Industry, Inc., Peter also serves as Pastor of Missions at Resurrection EB Church of Sacramento, CA. He supervises Hope for the Blind and School of Prayer programs at Connect International. Peter holds a Certificate in Christian Leadership from Odessa Theological Seminary, Ukraine.   

Viktor Avdeyev – Director

Viktor serves full time as a Lead Pastor at Spring of Life Church of Everett, WA. He is a co-founder of Saint Petersburg Christian University and Bible for Everybody Publishing House as well as Pastor-founder of three churches in Saint Petersburg, Russia. Viktor holds his master’s degree in Christian Ministry from Mennonite Brethren Biblical Seminary of Fresno, CA, USA.
